When I joined the company as a water technology project engineer in 2000, I had recently graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Zwickau (WHZ).

From the beginning, I worked extensively in both planning and laboratory tasks, handling mine water treatment procedures that included national projects for Wismut GmbH and internationally with Heathgate Resources. My initial responsibilities centered on managing the two Wismut treatment plants located in Königstein and Ronneburg. I leveraged the company's extensive expertise and relied on the exceptional support of my colleagues.

My career progressed from the position of division manager, technical manager and procurator to the position of managing director for the company within the General Atomics Europe Group in 2012; and on an international level for the American owner family Blue (General Atomics).

Since then, I have led the company with unwavering commitment, transparency, and confidence in navigating a diverse array of technological, technical, and business challenges.
