University students
Your studies with a strong practice partner
Would you like to see how the theory you have learnt during your studies can be applied in practice? We offer students a wide range of opportunities to do just that in promising markets. Whether for an internship, as a working student, on a dual study programme at a vocational academy or for your bachelor's, master's or diploma thesis. You can gain valuable work experience with us during your studies and lay the foundations for your career with us. Let's take the first step together!
Your study programme - many possibilities
In a dual study programme, the theoretical phase at the university/vocational academy alternates with practical phases at our location in Dresden. This allows you to gain your first practical experience during your studies, work on your own projects and apply what you learn at the university/vocational academy in practice.
As a working student, you can already work during your studies. This allows you to gain your first practical experience and apply the specialised knowledge from your studies directly.
Whether as part of your studies during the semester or voluntarily during the semester break - internships are the ideal way for students to gain important practical and professional experience. If you are studying business administration, IT, industrial engineering or engineering and are interested in an internship at UIT or in the General Atomics Europe Group, you can send us an unsolicited application and we will check the internship opportunities that are right for you.
Whether you are studying for a bachelor's, master's or diploma degree - with a thesis at a practice partner, you can add real value with your research and help UIT move forward. You will of course receive appropriate remuneration for your work.
