Bioenergy Test Plants (Biogas)

7,100 biogas plants with a capacity of approx. 2,800 MW (2011) produce energy, heat and fuel in Germany. Our biogas test plants help to optimize operation, efficiency and biological processing for wet or dry fermentation.

Our plant design is characterized by centralization of control and gas monitoring. Gas density, temperature-controlled fermenters with process measurement technique are installed in a rack system in a scalable manner. This system design allows
for easy extension as per your requirements.

The control is based on industrial automation and can be coupled with data acquisition via Ethernet. For a fully automated operation, the controlled dosage of nutrients is available. The provision of wireless data transfer and control represents a valuable option.

We design and build your tailor-made test plant for your fermentation process, also for international applications.

We are experienced in processing transparent plastics or tainless steel, singlewall or doublewall, including the thermophilic range. The overall mechanical and electrical design of our test plants also includes measures for explosion protection.
