BTP2 - Biogas test plant with reactor volume 5 liters to 60 liters
The BTP2 biogas test plant is standard for substrate tests, gas yield tests and process optimization. This plant is already equipped with extensive on-line measurement technology (gas quantity; pH; temperature and optional redox potential). The reactors are designed as glass/plastic construction with silicone heating mats and available in the sizes 5-, 15-, 30- or 60-liters. The PM 210 agitator, specially developed for this application, is equipped with a stepper motor and allows the agitator to be used continuously, even at the lowest speeds.
The heating control system T-control allows to set the target temperature in the reactor automatically with high precision.
The SENSOcontrol data acquisition and control system allows the UIT pump modules to be connected and permits automatic pH control of the substrate.
