Pump modules
Pumps have been developed to support demanding process engineering tasks, which can be ideally combined with the SENSOcontrol data acquisition and control system and used in particular for UIT's biogas test plants.
The following pumps are available:
Peristaltic pump SP4 feed range 0.00014...41 ml/min - Inner tube diameter 0.13...2.79 mm
Peristaltic pump SP5 feed range 0.00063...367 ml/min – Inner tube diameter 0.8...8.0 mm
Tube pump KP 250 - volume 2.5 liter for special feeding tasks, for example sewage sludge
These pumps are equipped with stepper motors and therefore they meet the highest accuracy requirements, and they are also suitable for continuous operation.
The powerful control system integrated into the pump modules allows the pumps to be used independently with complex usage profiles (asynchronous use; processing of pump tables; calibration of pumps, etc.).
